Absolutely beautiful property. Neighborhood felt very safe and close to all the necessities. 25 minutes or so to several beaches. Check in process was very easy. We appreciate the cooling system, the beautiful view and the recreation area the most. There are no basics like salt/pepper or laundry soap so plan accordingly. We did take one star off for description as we were searching specifically for a property that had a pool. This pool is hot tub sized and wasn’t what we were looking for in terms of kids playing in the pool.

The house was on the smaller size but easily accommodated our family of four. We were on the top floor of the rental but never saw or heard anyone else. The view from the rental was very nice and we really enjoyed the outdoor deck area but did not use the pool, which looked quite small and was separated from the house down a slope. The water pressure in the showers was exceptional. While staying at the rental, we drove both north and south and found it pretty easy to get around. My only complaint is that the road on which the rental sits is fairly narrow, which made turning around to park on the street in front of it inconvenient but certainly not a deal breaker.

We were a family with an infant and 2 other small children, the home is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Everything is new, the beds are like hotel beds, the decor is beautiful and extremely clean and organized. WiFi , internet and tv works perfect!
The pool and the view are stunning! Perfectly located near everything but far enough for quiet afternoons!
