About this house rental
Located on a beautiful hill in the historic town of San Germán, Puerto Rico. Experience the West side of Puerto Rico where the best beaches are located! We are 25 minutes from Playa Buyé in Cabo Rojo and 20 minutes from La Parguera, Lajas. The largest water park in the Caribbean is 10 minutes away. Why stay in Cabo Rojo or Lajas if you can be close to both? We have all the necessary amenities to create memories with your family and friends. Come and stay with us!
Magnificent rooftop with beautiful views to see the stars, mountains, and birds. It has a BBQ, firepit, hot tub, and a table to play dominoes for the enjoyment of our guests. Rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, decorated to make you feel at home. Workstation with high speed internet perfect for remote work. Large fully equipped kitchen for 10 people that includes a coffee maker, air-fryer, glasses, cutlery, pans, toasters, oven, fridge, bar, and much more. Save money during your stay and cook while you share and talk from the kitchen bar to our spacious table.

Loved it, great communication, just minor issues with dryer and water heater and lock box but host was so quick with solutions and even came to replace dryer it was awesome, we’d recommend anyone to stay, lovely area cool neighbors

This is a wonderful property! It's beautiful, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work well. Be sure to check out the sitting area on top of the roof. It's a great place to sit and visit, especially in the evening. Really good barbecue grill up there, too.The hosts are quick to respond.I highly recommend this place. I would love to return.

Arrived at night, was not expecting entrance in gravel with uneven surface. Instructions on finding the keys were not offered, not expecting to enter by the back door. Nor was expecting dumpster at the entrance, not sure if the entrance was to a private house at the back. There's no a/c at living troom and the speakers for tv were not connected (no sound)
