Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for 10
Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board
Two king beds, one queen, one full, and one twin bed
Outdoors:
Large private yard filled with fruit trees for your enjoyment
2-car on-site parking plus off-street options
Balcony & patio (smoking allowed only in these areas)
Cooler available for beach trips
Pet-Friendly:
Well-trained pets welcome (up to 2) with a $200 cleaning fee per pet
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets

The host (Edgar Irizarry) was amazing! He reached out to me from day 1 that I booked the stay. He stayed in communication with me through out the whole time we were there and always answered my calls regardless of the time. The house was beautiful and everything in it was in excellent condition. It was in a perfect location to where my family is from so drives were no longer than 20mins at most.

Great house and even better host! House is a 15-20 minute drive to all nearby beaches. Edgar couldn’t be more acclimating and available.

Amazing stay in an incredible home centrally located in north west PR. Host was very helpful, friendly, and communicated with us prior to, during, and while exiting the country. Thank you so much for everything. Will be back as soon as we can.
