Ottima posizione, troppi problemi da risolvere

La proprietaria è una signora molto disponibile e attenta, sempre pronta a risolvere rapidamente eventuali problemi. La posizione dell’alloggio è davvero comoda, sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro del paese. Se tutti i servizi dell’appartamento avessero funzionato correttamente, il soggiorno sarebbe stato pienamente soddisfacente.

Il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno la cucina si è allagata a causa di un guasto alla lavastoviglie, e abbiamo trovato anche il soffione della doccia rotto. Nei giorni successivi (terzo e quarto) il bagno si è allagato due volte, probabilmente per via di tubature intasate: aprendo l’acqua della doccia, l’acqua usciva da un foro nel pavimento, allagando la stanza. La situazione peggiorava ulteriormente quando si tirava lo scarico del WC, rendendo il bagno completamente inagibile. La proprietaria, con cui non è stato semplice comunicare per la mancata conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano, è sempre intervenuta con disponibilità per cercare di risolvere i problemi. Tuttavia, la lavastoviglie è rimasta inutilizzabile e il bagno, pur sistemato una prima volta, ha presentato nuovamente lo stesso problema il giorno successivo. Nonostante la gentilezza e la buona volontà della proprietaria, questi continui inconvenienti ci hanno costretto a cambiare più volte i nostri programmi, a perdere tempo tra chiamate all’agenzia e al servizio clienti di Booking, e in generale hanno influito negativamente sull’esperienza della vacanza.

Gute Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in Zentrumsnähe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Appartment ist eine Wohnung in einem Wohnblock. Die Kühe war gut ausgestattet und es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden.

Es stand viel Privatzeug von der Vermieterin herum. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war nicht mein Ding von der Einrichtung her.
