The place over all is really great,i mean the whole pico de loro..
The facilities need upgrading..for example the elevator of the condo,it doesnt function smoothly.

Caretaker and room contact person are accommodating. Room is very clean and tidy, nice and user-friendly equipments, aircon and water heater functions well. Courteous property staff (receptionist, caretaker, security guards and support personnel/staff).
There is no clothesline to dry the wet clothes. Hanging wet clothes in the balcony is not allowed.
