the Flat is spacious, with great balcony and view, well positioned
smallest 3rd room very small and a service window only, the parking is not dedicated - so uncertainty if you get it ( if not can park on street), though 2 bathrooms But only 1 toilet , cleanness could be improved

Great view, location and area. Not too busy and only 8 minutes walk to central Cannes. Food store within 5 minutes. Tennis court next door. Good AC. Free parking. Fresh equipment in kitchen. Quiet.

The apartment’s decor was plain, sparse and dull. the owners should spend some money to redecorate the apartment in brighter colors; and make it more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
