Beautiful duplex apartment with a large private 61 m² terrace and private garage, located in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera, next to the iconic Iglesia de San Miguel and only 900 metres from the Town Hall. Just a 5-minute walk from the lively Plaza del Arenal.
The property offers 130 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two full bathrooms, a bright living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious south-facing terrace offers open views towards El Puerto de Santa María and its beautiful coastline.
Beach lovers will appreciate its proximity to stunning beaches such as Playa de Valdelagrana, Playa de Las Redes and Costa Ballena.
Jerez is world-famous for its equestrian shows, sherry wine tradition and authentic flamenco in traditional “tabancos.” The city also hosts major international events such as the Spanish Motorcycle Grand Prix (usually in April) and the renowned Feria del Caballo de Jerez in May.
The train and bus station is approximately 600 m away, and the airport is only 13 km from the property.

In accordance with Spanish law, all guests over 16 years old must present a valid ID card or passport upon arrival for registration with the local authorities.

If using the BBQ, it is strictly forbidden to light it with flammable liquids such as alcohol, gasoline or benzene. The BBQ must be cleaned after use and ashes disposed of in the street container.

We enjoyed the views to the local countryside from the terrace. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The air conditioning was efficient and much appreciated through the hot weather. The host was accessible through email and we were given a warm friendly welcome by our greeter who made sure we knew how things worked. We were given some suggestions for places to eat and could keep in contact through chat if needed.We were able to walk into the centre of Jerez very easily and enjoyed investigating the streets and cafés. Highlights were visits to the Alcarez and the Cathedral in Jerez. We walked to the train station from the appartment to go to Cadiz one day and to Seville on another. It was easy to find food shops and

Just back from this apartment in Jerez. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, although there are two double bedrooms and perfect for 4 also. Location could not have been better for us. Very quiet, however only a short walk into town/railway station etc. Pablo met us upon arrival to show us round and recommended some local restaurants. Would definitely return if back in the area and highly recommend.
