8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location opposite Alkazar, room sizes and quality. Quick responses for problems. Plenty of towels Fairly quiet.
The narrow communal sun terrace was an unusable joke with no sun, chairs or table as per photos. We booked expecting a sun terrace. Wifi not working, so given other rooms for wifi. Then stopped again, TV kept changing by itself, very weird. Upstairs toilet seat split. Shower curtain needs a good clean as smelly. Wardrobe unusable as back fallen off. Big clock not working. No balcony, must be in 1 apartment only. Then accused of not checking in and room cancelled even though we were there, all the time, perhaps a glitch. All reported as need large deposit back.
