-House with Apartment with stunning views of the sea and the mountains, facing south, with sun all day.
90m apartment, with two rooms for 4.5 people. a bathroom, loft dining room, fully equipped, with fireplace.
- Room (1) marriage: 1 bed 160cm (window to the living room).
- Single room (2): 2 beds of 90cm (window to the living room).
- Individual supplement in the living room: 1 bed of 90cm.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Bathroom with shower, and washing machine.
- Open kitchen: 5-burner stove and gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and small appliances.
- Kitchenware: pans, pots, dishes, etc ...
- Living room: 2 sofas of 3 and 2 seats, 2 individual armchairs, TV, stereo, terrace and views of the sea and the pool of the property.
- Wifi: Wi-Fi network available.
- 80m garden: with porch, barbecue and table. Night light until 1 in the morning.
- Pool of 4x7m with 2 depth zones for children and adults, with light inside: with porch, table, sun loungers and umbrella.
* FOR TRANQUILITY AND REST OF THE NEIGHBORS, BEING RESIDENTIAL AREA, YOUTH GROUPS WITH INTENTION OF ENJOYMENT, IN CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AND ELEVATED MUSIC, are not accepted, the property being reserved the right of admission, being able to terminate the contract on the spot, having the contract terminated that evict the property without refund of the amount paid by the tenants, these having to seek alternative accommodation, at their own risk, without having to intervene, at any time the property.

Three generation family loved our stay at the apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Maria was very welcoming and a perfect host. Avoid Carrefour on Sunday morning if possible - I've never seen such a busy supermarket, except at Christmas!
Santa Susanna is a clean and welcoming town, and very relaxing to wander through. Train to Barcelona is easy. I recommend buying tickets from the office across the road from the station.
Marineland was a great day out. Book online first though, and be prepared to spend money!
