About this house rental
Townhouse, renovated, near supermarkets commercial and shopping areas. In the passeig of the stream.
NOT RENTED IN WINTER FOR NOT HAVING CENTRAL HEATING (Except special conditions to consult - see price list)
Quiet environment, in the center, a few minutes from the Francesc Macia park: children's / youth theme, the funicular to the Castell park and the seafront and its leisure area.
Near the beach and rides the pine.

This is a common area housing 80, currently not used and has been renovated for tourist rental.
Fully equipped house: Clothes, accessories, small appliances, household items and useful
Including: portable heating equipment (1) and air conditioning (1).
Both the garden and terrace are perfect for sunbathing in the summer and to relax
This is a very well connected and centrally situated in the most modern part of the city area.
Road and rail connect us with the nearby towns of Lloret
and tossa, and with many exits (excursions Andorra, Outlets, Barcelona) to make by car or tour buses, and even boat from the beach of Malgrat.
Getting around:
In Malgrat, walk all this by hand.
Free municipal car park 2 minutes,
Large shopping centers within 5 minutes.
Next to the municipal swimming pool and sports hall, near the beach
Near train station and county bus to Girona and Barcelona airports.
Trains every 30 min to BCN (70 min drive)

We are active, orderly, book lovers, computer, music and long walks and trips around this wonderful area we live and who would be happy to show you if you wish.
We love our kitchen, amateur cooks are good and if you like we can guide you to meet her.
We love meeting people i relate to travel, but as good Catalans, above all respect the privacy

The host has a large dossier of use of all appliances
All appliances are electric.
They have mobile heating and air conditioning units

The whole house, except the room of the basement water tanks
No smoking inside the house.
Prohibited, that someone who is not in the reserve (Ctr order) sleep or use the house.
No parties or events allowed (are totally forbidden)
No groups of young people under 27 allowed.
Do not use candles or objects that can cause fire
Pets not allowed
provisions:
They will have good equipment in terms of order i cleaning, but:
Towels are exclusive to the bathroom (the Battered will be charged) 5-€ / small, 10 € / large.
The loss of the keys are 50 €
Before departure, leaving the washed dishes and keep the house tidy
Utilization:
The whole house except the bathroom water deposits basement
Forbidden, someone who is not in the reserve (Ctr. Order) sleep or use the house.
No parties or events allowed (are totally forbidden)
No groups of youngsters under 27 allowed.
Do not use candles or objects that may cause fires
Pets are not allowed
The garden will be care and watered every three days by a maintenance person

The appartment was very nice and clean and had a great back jard. The location is also very nice. Close to everything but not buzy at all. The host were very nice and welcomming. The only little problem was the language difference with the host, but with some help of google translate did we work that out. We really recommend this place !

Everything has been really good, the location and the house is in perfect conditions the terrace is also very nice. A few things were not ok though. There is some strange noise all night as if someone had a washing machine on, it was a background noise but could be heard from all bedrooms. Especially something else has been what has made me decide to only put 3 stars. The date of arrival we came a little earlier than 16h it was 15.15 or so, we just wanted to leave some of our luggage and go for a drink. On arrival I heard someone I'm the house calling us "guiris", it is quite offensive one could say it is an insult. Anyway, we returned later and no problem Mr Jaume is a very pleasant man. The next incident was our last evening, his wife was watering the plants for 2 hours! I had to ask her to leave as we had to wake up early for the airport and wanted privacy. Furthermore she spoke Catalan to me and when i said in Spanish i didn't understand her, she did not switch to Spanish although she spoke it perfectly. I suggested that maybe salt and pepper as well as maybe oil and vinegar should be in the kitchen, I said it nicely and she instead of saying sorry she said it should be there that she did not know why it wasn't there. To cut it short she was somewhat annoyed, sighed and more or less slammed the door shut on leaving. It was a really bad end to Such a nice stay.
