Recently built, well furnished, independent even if it is part of a larger house.
Composed of: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and sofa bed (which can be transformed into a double bed) 4 beds.
Free Wi-Fi and private entrance.
It is 5 km from the sea and 3 km from the city center of Massa.
Peripheral area of the city, very quiet and well served: within a radius of 200 m. Pharmacy, Tobacco Bar, Supermarket, Free Parking, Church, Baker, Pizzeria, Hairdresser, Post and Bus Stop.
At home it is not allowed: Smoking, noisy activity and accommodating pets.
Pure location, for short periods, it is not a tourist lease, no typical services are provided for accommodation facilities.

We were very happy with the house, ordered, the same as the photos and the description. Super clean and Very comfortable! In the kitchen Nothing was missing! The area is soooo peaceful and close to everything. The reception was excellent, Mirko and his partner are two people very available. We'll be back! March 2016

The house is in an optimal position to reach the center of Massa or the motorways. Mirko is very kind, polite and helpful.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sauber. Alles hat gut funktioniert, Küche, Bad, Klimaanlage...
Mirko (Vermieter) war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Um die Ecke hat es eine kleine Bäckerei und kleines Geschäft mit Obst und Gemüse.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und nahe vom Stadtzentrum.
Uns hat es gut gefalle.

Der Inhaber ist freundlich,wenn man mit ihm redet und er gibt einem Ausflugtipps, jedoch war es schwierig so zu leben, dass ihn nichts störte.
Der Standort ist schon ziemlich weit "aussen" nahe einem Industriegebiet. Leider war es ziemlich staubig und die Schubladen in der Küche haben auch ihre beste Zeit hinder sich. Auch mussten wir neue Lappen und Schwämme kaufen, weil die vorhandenen stanken und dreckig waren. Es steht es sei Parkplatz vorhanden, dieser befindet sich jedoch einfach im Quartier vorne, der schnellere malt zuerst. Für das was man bekommt, die ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. Das ist nicht nur unser Empfinden sondern wurde von Einheimischen bestätigt. Für diesen Preis müsste es eine bessere Lage nahe am Meer haben, min.2 Zimmer und Bett, sauberer und bessere Möbel sowie eine Waschmöglichkeit für Kleider. Darum können wir nur ein OK geben und nicht mehr.
