Perfect gem in novalja

Everything since the moment we arrived was perfect. Maria's place is one of the most beautiful apartments I've stayed in, it's so nicely decorated, the furniture is very well maintained and it was super clean. There was a/c in all rooms which was fantastic for a hot August trip. It's right in the middle of the town, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Maria and Maria's mom were always so nice and made us feel at home. We super recommend their place without any doubt. Thank you again for all the tips about Novalja.

Perfect stay in the heart of Novalja-Unforgettable Experience

The apartment was spotless, and what really struck me was the stunning sunset view over Novalja from the window, along with a lovely glimpse of the sea from the small balcony. The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Novalja’s old town, just a 2-minute walk to the seafront and less than 10 minutes by car to Zrće Beach for the famous clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night for a great sleep. Comfort was excellent, with air conditioning (essential in summer), comfortable beds, and everything inside looking new and well maintained. A huge thank you to Maria for her warm welcome, kindness, and quick responses to any question. As a bonus, I truly enjoyed my stay on the magical island of Pag, full of tradition and history, and I hope to come back as soon as possible. I would recommend this apartment to anyone – families, groups of friends, or couples – without hesitation.

Great central apartment with parking and a helpful host

Everything was perfect, especially considering we booked this last minute. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and showing genuine kindness throughout. The apartment was very clean, stylish, and located right in the centre of Novalja, which made everything easily accessible. A big bonus was the private parking spot in the pedestrian zone – super convenient! Highly recommended!

There was not really any downside, maybe only some nosie provided by young people outside on the street and hallway, but of course this is Novalja city where young people are having fun.

I stayed in the center of Novalja, which suited me perfectly, everything was within easy reach. The apartment is in a great location, and having parking right across the street was a big plus, especially during the busy season. The area was peaceful, yet still close to everything, shops, restaurants, and more. Ideal for a relaxed vacation without too much driving or planning. The owners were very approachable and easy to communicate with, everything went smoothly. Very convenient and pleasant experience!

Great host, apt and location

Apartment was clean, host communicated everything in advance, we had everything we needed and the proximity to the city centre is amazing, you're literally there, but with no noise! Strongly recommended!

Nice place to stay in central Novalja.

It is right in the center of Novalja. There is a great roof terrace (app. 5 on the 3rd floor). The responsive and friendly host, whom we did not meet personally, worked fine through a representative. The place is fine for up to five people, conditionally six. Parking is assured in the private lot right next to the place; we also kept bicycles there.

Nothing in particular. Do not expect a big, well-equipped kitchen if you intend to make a cooking fest :).

Amazing staff. Deposit is in safe hands. Spacious accomodation and the roof terrace is just incredible.

You have to keep in your mind that it's a very hangout location and it could be really noisy in the apartment.

Great place!!

The room was very big and new, with AC, great shower and comfortable beds. The host was amazing and so kind, she even gave us a free private parking place! The room is situated in the very center but in a quiet pedestrian area, next to dozens of restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Amazing house in Novalja! The lady was so nice. The house is near to the bus stop to zrce beach and to the city center here you can find cheap taxi.

PERFECT (hideout)

X3 girls booked a room to stay here for hideout. We booked a small apartment but saw the bigger ones and all apartments are so modern and stunning! The location in right next to the novalja strip with all the bars and restaurants. We stayed here for hideout and the location was a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop which took you to hideout. The lady who owns the apartment is so lovely and will provide you will fresh towels and toilet roll. If I go to hideout again I will without hesitation book to stay here but I will just make sure I book the apartments with the kitchen cause they are so spacious and cosy.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und mit allem wichtigen und sogar mehr ausgestattet ! Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt ! Alles ist in der Nähe fusläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren auch immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Ich würde auf jeden Fall erneut die Unterkunft buchen !!!
