Posizione ottima! 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Novalja! Parcheggio privato vicinissimo alla struttura, economico e soprattutto sicuro !

Loved the proximity to the centre as we could easily take a short walk to the riva, stands, cafés, restaurants and the beach. Modern interior inside an old house which we really enjoyed. Good isolation and AC; outside can get noisy at night so we kept the balcony door closed. Got the cot as requested but it took up quite a lot of space in an already tight studio. Lovely exterior and balcony decor.

Parking is off site and chargeable (€4 per day), quite difficult when loading/off-loading your car especially if you have a baby with you, but then another guest was parked in the loading area for at least two days (which we knew about). Host doesn't speak Croatian and was off site during our stay. The stairs don't have any rails and are quite tight with low ceilings. No washing machine so we hand washed our clothes and towels.

It was a really nice apartment, the communication was really fast with the host and overall the whole apartment was much more than I expected it to be. It was really easy to get in, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean. Everything we needed was very clone, we are sure to come back here soon! Maybe with our baby <3

There is nothing that we did not like with my husband.

- great location, maybe a 5 min walk down in the centre and 15min to the beaches! - staff respond quickly on booking.com to any questions you may have surrounding the property - well furnished, everything is thought of and well stocked! - excellent for price

- The water was hit and miss, predominantly in the mornings you may not have water for around half an hour, it does come back. However, the pressure is sometimes really weak and like a trickle of water. - Our TV didn’t work, we made the owners aware of this which they said they would looking into, but it wasn’t looked into. - the bed sheets are just the sheet to which you put the cover in, not much comfort as the pillows were also like fluffy and no support. - ask for bottom floor if you struggle mobility wise! - The neighbour to the right of the building doesn’t like much noise. We had our music on around 3pm and he came out to tell us to turn it down, even thought it wasn’t loud. We felt really guilty for this, not the hotels fault at all, just for awareness .
