A+ hosts!! (I will repeat this a few times!)
The place was clean, quiet and safe. When we needed more toilet paper and a towel change, the hosts responded within minutes. The cookware (stovetop, oven, pans, etc) were very convenient. The little patio was appreciated for morning coffees outside. The air conditioner kept us cool and the outside roller blinds secured the windows and blocked the morning sun when trying to sleep in. The location is an 8-minute walk from the downtown core.
The wood beams supporting the bed were broken on arrival but we greatly appreciated that it was the fixed on the same day we brought it up with the host.
Could improve the bedding and bed lamps. We mentioned this to the host on departure. They are so responsive and seem to genuinely care, so I have no doubt these will be fixed for the next guests!

clean, free parking in front, good stable wifi, bus stop is right in front of, nearest beach is couple of minutes away, nice surrounding, not too much noise and signs of a party, downtown area is 5 mintues away...
