About this cottage rental
Lots of charm for this cottage in this vineyard still in activity situated in Murviel les Beziers. In a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that spread this great property part of which was converted into 2 semi attaches cottages.
This is the place conducive to relaxation and rest, an invitation to immerse you in the heart of nature with many walks, including the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc known for its hiking trails. Nearby is also a base of water sports. And to satisfy history lovers, simply venturing into the nearby medieval villages known for their Circulade.
This cottage, 72 m², is comfortably furnished for 4 people with a private terrace facing the sunset. The views over the surrounding countryside are outstanding. The pool area, to share, is quiet, a few dozen meters from the cottage and into nature. The 9m x 6.5m pool has an American beach ideal for small children with 0.20m of water up to 1.70m deep. Protected by an alarm, the pool is open between early May and mid October.
The decoration of the house is very neat and tasteful. The combination of building materials like stones and wood and warm colors give a lot of charm, character and usability.
Ground floor: large living room of 35 m² with living room, kitchen and dinner.
On 1st floor: 1 room with bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with toilet.
Open views over the surrounding hills. The owner speaks English.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 60 €,
Power included in rent june to september, electric heating by general meter reading at 0.25€/kwh,
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival,
30€ extra per week for 1 pet allowed

Summary of reviewsLovely place with peacocks around the house, terrace overlooking grapes and olives. Host Florence is very nice. Private wine tasting was so much fun! Plenty of opportunities for excursions.

Geweldige plek. Pauwen rond het huis. Terras met uitzicht op druiven en olijven. Ligt ca 4 km buiten het dorp Murviel les Beziers. Gastvrouw Florence heel aardig. Privé wijnproeverij gehad, echt zo leuk! Genoeg mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes. Pézenas, canal du midi, Roquebrun, abdij Fontfroid bij Narbonne. Ideaal voor mtb, wandelen maar ook racefiets.

La propriétaire nous a reçu très gentiment et a été très discrète tout le long du séjour.
Appartement très agréable,au calme au milieu des vignes,oliviers et des paons
Piscine agréable,cloturée et entourée d'oliviers
Tout le domaine est en culture biologique
Idéal pour se ressourcer 🥰

Très beau domaine au calme, beaux paysages, belle terrasse attenante au gîte et mi-ombragée, grande piscine. Gîte spacieux et bien équipé. Proche d’activités de plein air (rando, canoë, tennis...). Propriétaire discrète et disponible. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour
