Custom home built in 2016. House uniquely situated to offer spectacular views of both bay and gulf from both front and back decks. Beautiful open floor plan with large kitchen and family room. Perfect for entertaining!! Large east-facing decks to comfortably enjoy morning through late afternoon. West-facing front porch for breathtaking sunsets.
2-story home with kitchen, family room, large laundry room, queen bedroom and bath, and half bath on 1st floor. 2nd story consists of master, bunk room and twin bedroom. Kitchen stocked with everything needed for beachside dining and entertaining. Family room provides large flat screen Smart TV and large windows to enjoy the incredible ocean view.
Master bedroom comes with king-sized bed, deck access, large flat screen Smart TV, luxurious bath with large shower and two vanity areas. Queen bedroom with attached bath. Bunk room with 4 built-in bunks, and full-sized sleeper sofa, double vanity sinks, large shower, large flat screen Smart TV. Additional bedroom with 2 twin beds, private bath with large shower. All rooms beautifully decorated with lovely coastal colors.
Outdoor dining options include screened porch, table and chairs on deck, and picnic table underneath house. Under house seating to enjoy pleasant ocean breeze throughout the day. Outdoor shower, games, beach chairs, wagon for transporting beach gear, bikes, gas grill, additional refrigerator in garage.
Pointe West is a 60-minute drive from Houston Hobby Airport and 90-minute drive from Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport. In addition to exploring Galveston, Lake Jackson is a short drive and has shopping, dining options and several family attractions.
We do not accept prom groups. Our home may not be rented for weddings or parties. No chaperoned groups. We do not allow pets.
Resort Fee: The is a $25/person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you with to enjoy the resort amenities of the Beach Club. Included are Beach Club pool, heated Bayside Lazy River pool, gym, game room and resort sponsored activities for the entire family. The Beach Club is open year-round.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment should you with to enjoy these amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you have questions about the fee or amenities, you may contact the Beach Club directly at 409-497-2525.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you need is included and the elevator was the best addition. Location was nice and we love Pointe West. Mary Lee was always so sweet to talk to either through messaging or telephone. We were a family of 10 and the 4 bedrooms and 4 and half baths were wonderful.

A spotless, very well equipped home convenient to the beach and optional beach club. It was the perfect home base for a spring break getaway for our family of 6.

We loved our family beach vacation at this gorgeous house! The house was absolutely beautiful, so well stocked with everything we would need, fantastic location, easy beach access and overall a beach dream come true! We took our four kids and each took a friend. They loved the easy beach access, thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the beach club and ate outside on the deck for each meal. The kitchen had everything we needed - even extra spices we forgot to pack. Check in and out was so easy and the owner was so easy to communicate with both before and during our stay if we had any questions or needed anything. The owner left us an amazing welcome basket full of goodies and treats to make us feel right at home when we checked in - very gracious and thoughtful! The house also came stocked with beach gear like a push cart, chairs and toys which made packing for the beach so easy! I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.
