Completely renovated stone farmhouse in the Tuscan hills overlooking the hills and Volterra, ideal for those who want a beach holiday and contact with nature, in the silence of the countryside. The apartment and 'completely independent with private garden with table, chairs, umbrellas and chairs. It has cable landline and WII Fi. It is located 13 km from the sea, the road to get there and 'smooth and scenic. A 15 km from Bolgheri, 25km from Volterra, 60 km from Pisa, 100 km from Florence, 80 Km from Siena, 50Km from Baratti and Populonia and from the embarkation for the island of Elba. Guardistallo and 'a medieval village overlooking the famous Etruscan coast. In summer there are festivals, with markets, Tuscan cuisine and entertainment for young and old.

Clean, comfy, a big garden for the dog and yourself, a washing machine, a beautiful view over Guardistola. Pippo was too kind and helps with Tipps. Once a week there was fresh linen and towels. Top services.
Beach is 15-20 minutes away, we recommend Casale Marittimo for nice evenings nearby, but also Guardistola has nice places.

Casa molto carina e con tutto l'occorrente,noi eravamo in 2 più 2cani e ci siamo trovati tutti e4 bene.ottimo compromesso sia per il mare, che per chi come noi, lo alternava a camminate in mezzo alla natura. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Ringraziamo molto di aver avuto questa opportunità.

A pochissimi km dal mare, ma in piena collina, in zona di campagna, fresca e leggermente sopraelevata con una strada di collegamento veloce e straordinariamente all'ombra, ideale meta di vacanza per piccoli nuclei familiari, la proprietà è di recente innovazione. Un grande giardino esclusivo e prospiciente l'abitazione è sede ideale per gli amici a 4 zampe, sicuro e tranquillo, quasi completamente all'ombra. Dopo una primavera di tensione a causa del Covid 19, era la vacanza che volevamo e che abbiamo avuto. Proprietari gentili, ma presenti e riservati. Se torneremo sulla costa etrusca con il nostro amico a 4 zampe Pepe, ne saremo sicuramente di nuovo ospiti. VIVA LA CASINA CON GIARDINO !!!!

Casa carina con un grande spazio esterno, adatto a famiglia con Bambini ed anche a famiglie o coppie con animali.
Una cosa da rivedere sono i giochi nel giardino (altalena, scivolo )ecc . in quanto in pessime condizioni, molto sporchi quindi una famiglia con bambini molto piccoli non li poteva usare .
Per il resto casina perfetta a 10 minuti di macchina dal mare .
Ho dato due stelle al chekin ed alla comunicazione con il professionista in quanto all'arrivo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci per darci il benvenuto (cosa mai successa in tutti i luoghi dove ho soggiornato) ed anche durante quei 5 giorni si è fatto vedere solo per 5 minuti in quanto chiamato da me per un piccolo problema alla tv.
Comunque apparte questo ... abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza.
