Superb 5 bedroom 4 bathroom family villa located in the popular Los Balcones area. The villa is only 2 minutes walk to the recently constructed Los Balcones Park with several football pitches, basket ball court, ping pong tables plus large children's play area and green zones, within 4 minutes walk is a large supermarket, several restaurants, bars, cafes and shops . Choice of 5 beaches within 5/10 minutes drive (or 10 minute bus ride). The villa accommodation is set over 3 levels (see details below) there is FULL air conditioning to all rooms, WIFI internet, TV with Norwegian / English channels, Ping Pong table, private swimming pool with poolside dining area and sunbeds and large umbrella for shade, to the rear of the property are pretty gardens and plus a large shaded gazebo with large outdoor dining table for 10 persons , Gas BBQ and drinks fridge. The villa is furnished to a high quality comfortable standard.

The whole villa has been painted white, The pool terrace has been modernised with new floor tiles around the pool , plus all new garden furniture (dining table chairs, sunbeds, umbrella etc), new furniture on the upper lounge terrace , new sofas in the lounge, new king size bed in master bedroom , additional TV installed in the outside shaded dining area watch the Euro 2020 football outside ! (we have added new photos of the upgrades - see photos shown after the main photos)
Location
Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 7 minutes by car /taxi or 10 minutes by bus (pick up point is 3 min walk from the villa). The villa is just 2 minutes walk from new Los Balcones Park with green zones, football pitches, basket ball court , ping pong tables, large children play area, Visit Torreveija town centre 10 min drive (car /taxi) or 15 minutes by bus.
We have two international airports Alicante and Murcia - both within 55 minute drive
Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.
Things to do : A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, chutes and wave machines (open late June to early Sept) Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, cafes & bars to choose from.

Due to change in circumstances I had to ask Kelly to change some details of our stay. She couldn’t have been more helpful. The property is large, and very clean. Pool area has non slip tiles and plenty of room for sun beds. The outside eating area had a fan & lights which made the evenings very comfortable when eating outside. Bathrooms were very clean and shower pressure good and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates etc. The basement bedroom set up is perfect for parent/children or teenagers. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within easy walking distance and nice child’s park. Dialprix supermarket had a very nice meat counter for the BBQ. There was a large pile of beach towels (all well used but very handy if only travelling with hand luggage). If I was being very critical I would say the linens/bedding could do with an upgrade but this would not stop us booking this villa again. We thought the villa and facilities were better than the photos showed

The villa had everything you could possibly need with so much space both in and out. The outdoor eating area was a favourite of ours, as well as the pool, which was so warm. The villa was very well equipped and was a home from home. The TVs were perfect for when it was too hot and we needed to cool down and the boys loved the basement area.
The area around was very quiet with two supermarkets just a short walk away and there were some bars and restaurants very close by. The bus stop was a couple of minutes walk away, though the buses were never on time
The villa owners were really helpful when we needed to stay a little longer due to flight times and I got an immediate answer to any questions I had.
Overall, we loved the villa and had a great holiday!

We had a great time staying in this property. There was everything you could possibly need. We had a couple of minor issues but these were sorted immediately. I can’t fault the property manager, she responded instantly to any questions.
