About this villa rental
Villa 101 is a very special, privately owned Ibiza villa set in almost one hectare of Private, walled & fenced grounds near Sant Josep.
The location combines privacy with easy access to some of Ibiza’s best-known beaches and destinations: Cala Bassa and Cala Comte (Cala Conta) are approximately 5 minutes away, Ibiza Town around 15 minutes, with many of the island’s leading restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife within easy reach.
The villa offers more than 400 sqm of living space, surrounded by expansive terraces, lawns and private Mediterranean woodland, with beautiful sea, sunset and forest views.
Villa 101 has been continually updated and improved, with a strong focus on comfort, atmosphere and outdoor living.
Villa 101 is arranged over two floors and accommodates guests across six air-conditioned bedrooms.
The house includes:
6 bedrooms, all with air conditioning
5 bathrooms plus guest WC
Fully equipped indoor kitchen
Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink and fridge
Large indoor dining area seating up to 12
Two separate outdoor dining areas
Multiple indoor and outdoor lounge and chill-out areas
Ample private parking
Gated private driveway with video entry

At the heart of Villa 101 is the spectacular 15m x 4m infinity pool, surrounded by generous terraces and gardens.
Alongside the main pool is a second shallow chill-out pool area with water features and a shaded island furnished with two oversized outdoor day beds.
Colour-changing LED pool lighting and subtle garden illumination create a completely different atmosphere after sunset.
From the house and gardens you can enjoy beautiful sunset views across the sea towards the islands off Cala Comte, Cala Basa.
The grounds include approximately 2,000 sqm of lawn together with around 7,000 sqm of private wooded land, giving the villa an unusual feeling of space and privacy.

The interiors are designed for relaxed Ibiza living, with generous communal spaces, large day beds and comfortable seating throughout.
Entertainment facilities include several televisions, Bluetooth audio and indoor mood lighting, while air conditioning is provided throughout the bedrooms.

Thank you so much for having me again - Villa 101 has a special place in my heart!! The view is absolutely unique and breathtaking - staying in this beautifully designed villa with it’s terraces and spacious garden was a big pleasure. There is plenty of space and some of the most stunning beaches on the island are just around the corner. Situated in nature the atmosphere of staying here is amazing - still offering all needed amenities nearby (shop restaurant right in front!). Rich was incredibly helpful and warmhearted and made us feel very welcomed. It was great to be back and I‘ll keep coming back for sure - a true gem in Ibiza! Thanks a lot, Eva

Pros:
- Beautiful house with amazing views.
- The owner and manager are super responsive.
- Store next door and restaurant.
- Good size, rooms, beds.
- Great layout, perfect for a large group.
Cons:
- Security: The house does not feel secure enough. It should have deterrent signs indicating it is protected by private security, and visible cameras on the exterior walls and gate to deter potential thieves. Currently, the limited cameras only operate when the alarm is set, which is inadequate. The cameras should work on motion detectors at all times, even when people are home and the alarm is not activated. Cameras along the driveway and in other key areas should be recording based on motion detection, regardless of whether the alarm is on. Given that Ibiza is experiencing a surge in burglaries, it is imperative to feel safe when renting a villa here.
- Car Gate: Sometimes not closing properly and requiring manual intervention.
- Electrical: The house cannot handle the electricity load when multiple AC units are on simultaneously, causing frequent power outages.
- WiFi: The WiFi is very slow.
Conclusion:
I have mixed feelings because the house is beautiful and the homeowner is very responsive and accommodating. However, for me to stay here again, the house would need to substantially upgrade its security with more motion-detected cameras regardless of alarm activation, and must have signage indicating that the villa is patrolled by private armed security.
