About this villa rental
Having recently completed a major renovation, this stunning luxury villa in arguably Ibiza's most luxurious area of Es Cubells is now available. Situated on a private and peaceful 7000 sq/m plot enjoying beautiful panoramic views of the sea and surrounding hills. Having been re-designed by Architect Estudio Vila13 (Ushuaia / Aman Resort / Hi), the villa has modern stunning architecture offering enormous space and luxurious ambience throughout. With under floor heating, full air conditioning, open plan living area, 8 bathrooms, cable TV, large terraces with outdoor dining areas and bars, separate yoga studio, hot tub, and a crystal clear pool, the villa has everything required for a memorable stay. The villa is conveniently located 10 mins drive to the airport, 15 mins to Ibiza town and 10 mins from Blue Marlin, and comes with your own driver and Mercedes 9 seater people carrier. However, you can walk to the local supermarket and village of Es Cubells with 4 restaurants in just 10 mins.
The villa is on a large private plot in Es Cubells which has arguably the best views on the island, with breathtaking panoramic views of all of the bays in the south and also Formentera, as well views to Salinas and the salt flats. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach of Cala D’hort for the best views on the island of Es Vedra where you can see the sunset every night, this villa also benefits from being able to get the sunrises every morning, visible from every terrace on the property.
Spacious kitchen, cooker, gas hob, microwave, juicer, coffee maker & Nespresso, double fridge freezer with separate wine fridge, and multiple dishwashers. Guests also have full access to the laundry room.
Open plan living space with separate dining area to seat 10, lounge with TV, cable channels, Sky, Apple TV and Netflix, working fireplace with custom made 10-man sofa plus 4 couple swivel lounge chairs in front of the windows to take in the views through the 9 glass doors which all open on to the terrace. With four separate outdoor dining areas, roof top bar and separate lower terrace bar, BBQ areas, hot tub, and 15 meter lap pool, this villa provides ample space for large families and groups to relax. The villa also comes with Sonos, a gym featuring cross trainer, weights bench and dumbbells, brand new outdoor furniture and a new recently installed sun terrace nestled in front of the olive grove housing 4 Balinese outdoor beds.

My group and I had a fabulous time at this glorious villa. Everybody commented on how stunning, high quality, and well-appointed it was. Decoration, views and bedding/mattress quality were very good, and the kitchen was well appointed. Our cook only complained about the stove top, which she claimed kept on turning on and off (thereby ruining her spaghetti), but otherwise, all good.
The security guard was very attentive and house manager as well. We would've loved for Sonos to work in the house, but made do with the smaller stereos. The sonos worked well on the rooftop lounge, but of course the WIFI was a bit touch and go (despite the boosters). We recognise that as being an island problem rather than a villa problem. The villa was pretty easy to find.
We really thought cleaner did a great job and towels were plentiful. The sofa and seating were of excellent quality (everything was of excellent quality) and therefore I didn't feel like we overpaid for the villa.
Overall, it was a fabulous stay and the villa is absolutely incredible. What a view!!!
Only complaint was lack of hooks to hang towels in the master bedroom bathroom. An overhead fan would've been better than AC since the weather was not overly hot. But those are very minor complaints, really.

Me and my wife had a wonderful time at this house during our short stay in Ibiza.... super clean, spacious rooms, nice decoration, all facilities ... Amazing view... is located in super quiet and calm neighbourhood... Ideal if your plans are to have some relaxing days on this beautiful island with or without your family.
There's a cute little town nearby with a couple of good restaurantes.
We would recommend to get a car, since taxis are not usually around.

The house in the beautiful village of Es Cubells was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Ibiza. The house itself and facilities were fantastic, from a state of the art kitchen to the pool outside. I particularly liked the roof spaces and spectacular views. The house is short walk away from an excellent restaurant in front of the quaint church and the bar around the corner served champagne sangria to enjoy the breathtaking views. Mo's on the corner was also a great restaurant.
The house is perfect to chill out at and then when you are ready for the party, can entertain in the communal spaces and outside then head out to Ibiza where no where is very far away. We will be returning again!

We stayed in this beautiful villa in August 2014.
The location is for us the best of the Island. Next to beaches like Calla Jundal, Es Torrent, Es Cubells and their delicious restaurants.
The view of the villa is absolutly outstanding !!!
The standard of the villa is "A++++".
The booking process was very smooth. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by very nice guy who took great care of us.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is seeking for a delicious hideaway with his beloved ones.
