Our flight was delayed, so we didn't get to the villa until about 11:30pm, but Richard was there ready to greet us. Gave us the rundown on how to use the keys and walked us around the property, including showing us the beautiful enormous shared pool. He also kindly provided some bread, jam, juice, ham, cheese, butter, drinking water, and chocolates. Towels and dish soap was provided, however, everything else is self service. If you want to wash your clothes or plan on cooking during your stay, you will need to buy washing detergent and basic pantry items, like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. The beds were clean and the air conditioning units kept us cool and comfortable, while we slept. The villa is only a 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach, Playa de Meloneras and a short 3 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, Mercadona. Since we were visiting off-peak, there was plenty of parking nearby, the pool was spacious and was not crowded at all, and was fairly quiet in the evenings. Richard also provided a list of restaurants, beaches, and activity suggestions. We had a great time exploring Gran Canaria. Thank you for making our stay amazing and memorable!

We’ve just returned from a week in this property. Exactly as described, so clean and beautifully presented and everything we needed! Outdoor space and pool access was absolutely brilliant. Less than a 5 min stroll to a Meloneras beach, shops & cafes and 1 mile from Maspalomas. A perfect location for a family holiday & Richard was a fantastic host, so helpful, responsive and welcoming. Very sad to have left and would absolutely return if we can!

Exactly as billed. Excellent helpful check in with continuing support when required. Well equipped clean and quite well placed if fit and able. We had a car anyway and parked right outside every day. For a self catering holiday this property is excellent and with a taxi rank 100 yards away you can go to the town centre easily. The area is quite quiet but very relaxing and if you prefer busy it’s just a 15 min walk or short taxi ride away.

Very nice place, but far too quite for me, very poor restaurant selection ,
and not giving good quality food, catering simply for the tourist with no imagine. Tapas was no where to be found in the true tapas form.!!!
Lack of nice bars accessable to the outsider i.e. unless you were in a complex. Not for me.
