Velký venkovní prostor pro vnoučata, nové venkovní skluzavky, přiměřená obsazenost, snaha o komunikaci v českém jazyce, venkovní bufet, čistota areálu.
V našem ubytování chyběly hrnečky a sklenice. Počet talířů neodpovídal obsazenosti.

Páčila sa mi lokalita , bohaté raňajky, prístup pani Giny na recepcii, bazény s termálnou vodou vynikajúce, team červeného kríža - plavčíkov vynikajúci, mala som vysoký krvný tlak, pomáhali mi aby som nebola v strese a celý čas kým neklesol ma dôsledne kontrolovali, začo im patrí veľká vďaka.
Nefungovala chladnička, pod postelou bolo veľa prachu
