Hostel Fuentes

The owner lady is very kind and speaks excellent English. During my stay, she was very helpful—she assisted me in finding banks and explained how to take transportation. The overall service experience was excellent. The room is also very spacious and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept very well. The location is very convenient, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the Plaza de Armas. Everything was great.

The light in the room is a bit dim. I don’t like it

The rooftop and the shared areas. Bed was really comfy too.

No one was at the reception the whole time. People waiting and ringing the bell at the front door for ages, we had to open to them…Only one bathroom for 6 rooms (dorms and privates). Shower apparently “10min maximum” but only burning or freezing water. A lot of useful things missing in the kitchen (no knifes…). The next building is a school with training for their brass/marching band every morning at 7am… Best for the last, they tried to charges us more because the amount on their booking were more than the one we booked.
