The quality of the furnishings and the location.
An outside light over lower staircase would help in safety for older people.

Was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Had everything we needed.
The tv might be a bit small and an older version. If someone wanted to connect a smart phone it wouldn't work without cords and casting equipment.

Clean, quiet and spacious house with a bush outlook. Very comfy beds. Generous supplies of kitchen basics and bathroom toiletries. Perfect for relaxing!
