Casa Valentina - 5 BEDROOMS

Location to Sorrento shops, restaurants etc very good, easy walk. Good space/roomy, clean and quiet once shutters closed.

We were expecting the pool to be full, not empty. That’s why I rated value for money at 4 and overall experience 9. When I made the booking the place was advertised (photos) with full pool. With 3 teenagers this was very disappointing. Prominent wording to say possibility of pool being seasonal or empty would help.

The location of this property is amazing!! It’s very well stocked with everything u need! The staff were fantastic and so responsive. Aircon was fantastic and defo needed!

A little bit jaded in places but still beautiful.

Location and pool facilities. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Poorly equipped, small kitchen area. Dishwasher did not work until day 3.

The property highlighted the swimming pool. However, when we checked in were shocked to see the swimming pool not operational. On contacting the representative of the host we were told the pool would only be operational from June 15 (one day after we checked out). The representative assured me that the host will call me but s/he never contacted me. I feel they should have been transparent about the swimming pool operational dates and should have clearly mentioned it. The location of the apartment is fantastic but the exteriors are a bit dilapidated. Overall a comfortable but the kids were very excited about using the pool which they could not.
