Safe and location.
The restroom had a strong sewage smell.

Location is excellent, private parking, nice building
Communication could have been a bit better. I wasn’t made aware that I needed to send a pic of my identification card at least one hour ahead of my check in when we showed up at the property.

La ubicación es muy buena y se tiene buena comunicación del personal
Poca agua en el baño tardaba mucho en usarse, la TV no se pudo utilizar y en general se siente poca privacidad

Muy pobre la atención, jamás respondieron las llamadas solamente por mensaje de WhatsApp, una ventana en la parte superior que permitía el paso de la luz directamente sobre la cama. En el estacionamiento no lo permitieron en el interior El código de acceso en la cerradura no funciona y tuvieron que proporcionarnos uno adicional después de insistir con llamadas y mensajes
