8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
It was a very clean, comfortable and pretty cottage. The kitchen was very modern and well-equipped, with lots of attention to detail, and there was plenty of space for two or three people. The furnishings and decor were very cute and the location was very convenient, with easy access to lots of beaches within a few minutes drive. Having a nice, friendly pub just across the road was an added bonus!
Unfortunately, we didn't find the double bed that comfortable. Opening straight onto the road, even though a quiet one, was a bit hairy with a dog - and no direct access to a garden wasn't ideal - but we managed fine.
