    The hotel was nice to stay in. Was clean staff were very helpful Breakfast could have a bit more choice. The WIFI was not good the lifts are quite slow. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you

    I had a great stay at this 3-star hotel in Cairo and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and reliable hot water. Just note that slippers and body lotion aren’t provided, so bring your own. Wi-Fi isn’t very fast, but the signal is strong and works well across the hotel. The staff made the stay exceptional—reception was welcoming, professional, and fluent in English. Special thanks to Walaa, Mona, Abdallah, Shahd, and Taghreed for their kindness. A huge thank you to Mostafaa at the reception, who quickly fixed an incorrect room allocation in less than 10 minutes. He handled the situation efficiently and made sure everything was resolved without any hassle. I would also like to give special recognition to Walaa, who was incredibly hands-on throughout my stay. She always made sure I had a wonderful experience, and every time she saw me, she would ask if there was anything I needed. She was quick to address any request or concern and always ensured everything was taken care of immediately. Her genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, though adding some Asian dishes would be a great improvement. Special appreciation to Omar from the coffee shop and breakfast area for his outstanding service, friendliness, and attentiveness every morning. Overall, excellent value for a 3-star hotel with clean rooms, great staff, and strong hospitality. I would happily stay again in Cairo.
