Perfect for rest

Very nice polite and reactive owner. She provided me with free garage place for my motorcycle. Place is very nice and clean. View on the river, exceptionally quite area and aproximity to the restaurant are great for good rest. Breakfast was prepared fresh and warm. I'm very satisfied with this experience.

The stairs are very noisy in the morning hours so it will woke you up easily.

A comfortable,clean and quiet rest by a beautiful river Mossel

We found a warm welcome - a clean and pretty home . the room was very clean and had enough space with a view over the river. The breakfast was exceptional and the owner made extra effort to serve scrambled and boiled eggs as we said we did not want meat.

The only main drawback were the pillows which seemed to be cushions. We informed the owner and she was grateful on the advice and said she would consider putting extra ones in the cupboard so visitors could have a choice.

Superb breakfast, uncomplicated host

The breakfast was incredible! Freshly sliced pineapple and watermelon. Host is uncomplicated and genuinely helpful with questions, early check out requests, etc - unlike many in the region. Property has great views of the river. And the bus stop is right next door.

Not the fault of the property, but do note that there are no shops in Briedern. So if you are a walker taking public transport, there is nothing you can buy (groceries or otherwise). The bed is slighly uncomfortable - a bit soft. Note also that on a hot summer day (ex. 32+ C) the room is very hot as it faces the sun. It does not cool down easily.

Es war kein Aufenthalt, einfach unzuverlässig

Wir hatten gebucht,bezahlt und es wurde bestätigt. Check in wäre erst ab 18.00 gewesen.Eher ungewöhnlich. Plötzlich kam eine Mail,unsere EC Karte wäre nicht güldig und die Buchung storniert. Wir halten das für eine Ausrede.Sind weiter gereist und haben ein schönes Hotel gefunden und die EC Karte funktionierte dort, wie auch überall zuvor und danach. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter. empfehlen.

Uns hat nicht gefallen das wir niemanden erreichen konnten.

Schrecklich und eine totale Enttäuschung.

Aus irgendeinem mir nicht erklärlichen systemischen Grund wurde meine Buchung, die ich für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind vorgenommen hatte, im System als zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby angezeigt. Das haben wir erst bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel erfahren. Da wir spät abends und müde ankamen, um uns auszuruhen, waren wir über diese Situation sehr überrascht. Daraufhin baten wir die Hotelbesitzer um eine Lösung. Wir erklärten, dass wir zu dritt sind, aber nur in dem vorhandenen Doppelbett übernachten und am nächsten Morgen auf das Frühstück verzichten würden. Unter diesen Bedingungen wollten wir im Hotel bleiben. Alternativ baten wir darum, die Buchung zu stornieren. Mir war bewusst, dass die Buchung nicht erstattungsfähig ist. Doch die Situation, die wir erlebt haben, ist keineswegs normal, und wir baten das Hotelpersonal um eine Lösung. Leider lehnten sie unseren Vorschlag ab – selbst dass wir nur das Bett zum Schlafen nutzen wollten, ohne Frühstück, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Daraufhin baten wir um eine Rückerstattung des Buchungsbetrags und verließen das Hotel. Da es bereits sehr spät war und wir uns in einer unbekannten Gegend befanden, standen wir buchstäblich ohne Unterkunft da. Es war sehr schwierig, kurzfristig eine neue Pension zu finden. Schließlich konnten wir keine Unterkunft finden und mussten nach Hause zurückkehren. Unser gesamter Urlaub fiel dadurch aus. Als wäre all das nicht genug, teilte uns die Unterkunft außerdem mit, dass unsere Reservierung storniert wird – jedoch nur 50 % des Betrags zurückerstattet werden. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden müsse, weil wir uns 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Mitarbeiter im Raum befanden, um die Situation zu besprechen. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Sie ist weder vertrauenswürdig noch kompromissbereit.

Prima plek voor een paar dagen aan de Mosel. Goed ontvangen, goed geslapen en een goed ontbijt.

Geweldig!

Voor de tweede hier. Wederom geweldig, vriendelijk heel erg schoon, fijne locatie om te fietsen naar mooie adresjes. Fietsen mochten in de garage staan. Eigen parkeerplaats, zeer luxe ontbijt.

Tolle Pension direkt an der Mosel

Die Pension liegt direkt an der Mosel. Sehr ruhige Lage mit direkter Aussicht auf die Mosel. Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet und üppig. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und alle waren äußerst freundlich.

Ontbijt en hygiëne en het uitzicht.

De badkamer erg klein bij de wastafel(lees wc fontijntje) kan je je niet wassen…erg smal. Wel erg schoon en nieuw.

Genoten, van de omgeving en de gastvrijheid

De ligging; prachtig uitzicht op de Mosel en een bergwand met wijnranken. Super dat je als gast een gäste-ticket krijgt voor de bus. Bushalte voor de deur en binnen 20 minuten sta je in het centrum van Cochem (Uitbaatster Miau zou dit wel iets beter mogen uitleggen; wij hebben zelf de eerste dag betaald en dat was vrij prijzig). Goed verzorgd ontbijt, alles erop en eraan.

Aan de krappe kant voor 2 personen en zonder balkon. Echter maakte het uitzicht veel goed!

Es war alles so solide, sauber und gut wie erwartet – die Lage sogar noch schöner als erwartet!

Die Lage ist wunderbar, direkt an der Mosel, Blick auf die Mosel, Sonnenaufgang durchs Zimmerfenster, Uferpromenade. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, mit viel Obst und Saft und Ei und mehrlerlei Brote. Die Pension ist einfach, sehr solide, familiär, aber man hat seine Ruhe, sehr nett – und hat einen leicht nostalgischen BRD-Touch, wie ja die ganze Mosel.

Der Check in scheint nur zwischen 18 und 20 h möglich zu sein, damit kann man bei gutem Wetter aber gut umgehen.
