My 2 BR 2 BA , first floor condo (no stairs), extremely clean that is a less than 5 minute walk to groceries and restaurants.
It is located in the Galleria area, Midtown Houston - Safe, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. You may go out for a walk and you will see people walking their dogs or getting some exercise.
Historic Galleria Mall & Uptown Park are less than 2 miles away, and Memorial Park is just an eight minute drive.
FULLY FURNISHED - Features a living room with fireplace, private patio, 50 inch Smart HDTV, free high speed WiFi internet. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless appliance, cookware, glassware and breakfast bar and is open to the living room and dining area. The tasteful and modern decor and furniture creates a comfortable space to live. The master suite has a large walk in closet and gorgeous bathroom with large walk-in shower and a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large window looking out the patio. There is a full bathroom in a hallway and laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

25% discount for 28 nights or more
The home has been professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
We provide:
Bath soap, shampoo, lotion, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and toiletries for first two weeks of the stay.
Complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea.
Check-in: 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Check-out : before 11 am
✧ The house information and check-in procedures will be sent to you one day before your arrival.
✧ Early check-in and late check-out can be possible upon the room availability.
(We’d appreciate you letting us know this request in advance so we can prepare your stay accordingly).
✧Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s).
One assigned covered parking spot and one guest parking is subject to space availability (gate access control).
Please Note: Outside the unit there’s a security camera near the front door.And No camera inside the unit (we respect our guest’s privacy)!

Please, consideration of neighbors, no parties, no illegal activities, no smoking or pets in the condo, no food in the bedrooms.and keep the property in a reasonably clean and sanitary and free from objectionable odors.

Checkout time is before 11am
Please keep the property in the same condition upon departure as at check-in:
put your dirty towels in the laundry room, put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, take out your trash, turn off the lights and AC, close / lock windows and patio doors and lock door,,Thank you!

Cancel policy: 14 days before check-in will get a 100% refund and 7-14 days before check-in will get a 50% refund. At least one guest must be 23 or older.

Lovely ground floor apartment with small patio area and located in front of the pool. Fully stocked kitchen and nice extra touches like a chocolate candy jar which we loved! Very convenient location, walkable neighborhood, behind shopping center, close to a park, the Galleria and several nice restaurants...enjoyed a great dinner at Trulucks. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Kimberly was an amazing host! She was very helpful, responsive, and very thoughtful! She even remembered it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and had the cutest gift waiting for her! The VRBO was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). It’s clean, in a safe area, and comfortable. It was well stocked with lots of extra amenities, which was much appreciated! It’s conveniently located next to a shopping center, so it was nice to be able to easily pick up groceries. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay here was perfect! Location was great. The pool looked inviting but too rainy while we we there to enjoy. The place had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back! Any questions we had were responded too and timely.
