The apartment was comfortable and very well located in the Post Oak area. Having private parking was a real advantage in this part of Houston, even if the space is a little tight. We also really enjoyed the residence pool, especially as it is a saltwater pool rather than a chlorinated one, and it was never crowded during our stay. The host team were responsive whenever we contacted them and ultimately very accommodating, which we appreciated.

We experienced a few minor issues during our 3-night stay: very noisy upstairs neighbors on the first night, a washing machine in the apartment (not the shared ones) that was unusable and contained stagnant water, and an AC leak on our final evening. The apartment is also a little dated in places. That said, the host team reacted quickly to the issues we reported, and none of these points spoiled the overall stay.

The people who lived upstairs has a dog, I got scared by the dog twice, kept barking on me. and one time almost got into the house I booked, I was terrified.

Very clean and nicely decorated. A lot of care gone in to all amenities. Nice pool and in a perfect location.
