Közel a vízparthoz, jó beosztású apartman, légkondi megfelelő teljesítménnyel rendelkezett (bár egy van, de be lehet állítani megfelelően). Modern eszközök. Tulajdonos rendkívül segítőkész. A ház része volt a napernyő is! Szörföt is könnyen el lehetet helyezni (akár SUP-nak is jó). Parkoló elég tágas. Falak elég vastagak, nem hallani a szomszédot! SZörfözni jöttem, minden nap volt használható szél!
A képeken szereplő kiülős részt igazából a tulajdonos használja. De ez sem volt zavaró.
