Everything, the hotel it’s amazing, clean sound proof, superb. Very comfortable beds , everything was excellent. Staff great, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional in every aspect. Best holiday in Bulgaria so far it’s 5+ stars from us ! Thank you

It has a great location and good food.
The water in the pool was really cold and the staff was interacting only with Germans.

The hotel has an amazing pool and is directly on the beach. Rooms are functional, clean. We booked a room looking out to the sea, so enjoyed some amazing views. It's not a massive resort, which gives it a personal touch and it does not seem overcrowded. Lots of kids and families. Staff and guests speak English and German. There is entertainment program for both kids & adults, which we did not take advantage of, but it looked fun. Very easy to get to Sunny Beach. Hotel organizes shuttle bus.
