During my recent five-day stay at the Grand Pomorie Hotel, I experienced a delightful mix of comfort and hospitality that made my visit memorable. Here are some highlights and observations from my time there:The service at Grand Pomorie Hotel was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome. A particularly touching gesture was the surprise panacotta brought to me on my birthday, which added a personal touch to my stay.Accommodation: Our room was spacious and offered a pleasant view, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was adequate, though not particularly outstanding. The housekeeping staff deserve special mention for their attentiveness, ensuring that we always had fresh toiletries and towels.Dining: The breakfast buffet was generally good, with a variety of options to choose from. However, I noticed a lack of non-pork options for meats and sausages, which could be a consideration for those with dietary restrictions. The attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness of the dining area were commendable.Facilities: The spa facilities at the hotel are a major highlight. I particularly enjoyed the mineral pool and the Finnish sauna. The abundance of benches around the pool area provided ample space to relax and unwind. The presence of a pool for kids is also a great addition for families.

Areas for Improvement: While the hotel offers many wonderful amenities, I feel that some parts of the interior are due for renovation. There are signs of wear and tear in certain areas that could benefit from some repair and updating to maintain the hotel’s high standards. Overall, my stay at the Grand Pomorie Hotel was enjoyable and marked by excellent service and a range of facilities that cater to relaxation and comfort. With a few updates, this hotel has the potential to offer an even more exceptional experience.

Spacious rooms. Great food on HB. Perfect hotel infrastructure to serve spa recreation and treatments.

The hotel rooms need urgent renovation. The carpets and furniture are worn-out due to heavy use, The walls have luggage scratches and dirt . The bathrooms are generally clean but outdated. That gives a bad taste to the excellent hotel infrastructure for recreation and rest. I have visited the hotel numerously in the past 20 years and it is a pity this excellent property hasnt been renovated to serve guests requirements for a comfortable stay. The hotel was very busy during the long weekend and there was no space to sit in the restaurants and some guests were frustrated.

Thi is an old hotel, nicely built, with spacious rooms. But badly maintained, dirty, with terrible, rude staff.

Dilapidated, poor spa services and bad administration.
