About this villa rental
This 15th Century Catalan manor offers every modern creature comfort you might dream of, but we have carefully renovated it in order to preserve its original character and beauty.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you're welcomed by an enormous and beautiful open concept living space, that connects to a wonderful dining room and a meeting room / second dining space. This is open concept living at its finest.
The ground floor also includes a large kitchen with professional grade appliances: two extra large fridges, two stoves, two ovens, a dishwasher, and all the crockery you'll need for your stay.
We also have 4 wonderful ensuite bedrooms on this level, and multiple access points to the terrace area and infinity pool. The ground floor also features a lovely bodega (wine cellar) with it's own courtyard. The wine cellar has been converted into a chapel/meeting space, ideal for weddings, events, or business meetings.
Outside you'll have plenty of space to dine or relax in the sun on one of the many pool loungers / sitting areas.
The upstairs bedrooms offer magnificent views to the hills and vineyards surrounding the village. We have another 10 air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms spread out over two more levels, 3 of which have private terraces. There are also two more living spaces on these levels, creating a common space on the upper floors. Many of the rooms can be configured into two single beds or one king bed, and we can also add beds to larger rooms to accommodate additional sleepers.
The entire mansion is steeped in history, while all of the fixtures are new and top of the line. We have lovingly refurbished the antique furnishings of the mansion while keeping with the original feeling of the house.
Masia Victoria is a very private space, yet it is located at the edge of the village of Sant Pere de Ribes. You won't even need a car to enjoy the area. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and more are just a walk away.
For even more, you can visit Sitges town which is just a 5 minute drive away, or Barcelona city is only 25 minutes away by car.

Masia Victoria was an absolutely fabulous property. There was 20 of us at the property and with 14 bedrooms the set up was perfect to comfortably host everyone. The set up was great for us to hosting wine tastings and dinners, while providing a really relaxed atmosphere for people to enjoy the pool during the afternoon. A highlight for sure was having the flamenco dancers come to perform at the villa, they were incredible. Location of the villa is also great. Super easy to walk into Sant Pere de Ribes, to drive into Sitges and visit many of the wineries in the region. Zoe was incredibly easy to deal with and made both the planning and our stay very enjoyable. This was one of what we hope is many visits back to the area and we look forward to staying at the Villa again.

Our extended family of 27 - ages 7months to 76 from California, New York and Boston stayed a week at the Masia Victoria for a week. The Masia has 14 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms and accommodated our family group comfortably and in style ! The owner, Servais Booten, greeted us upon arrival and was a very gracious host. We also used the catering services of his associated company Cloud9 for breakfast and dinner each day. It was the unanimous vote by all our family members that this was the best family trip we have had - and we have rented villas/chateaux in Mexico , Franceand Italy for past trips.

My partner and I were looking for someplace in the world to host our 20th anniversary celebration for a week. We settled on Barcelona/Sitges and contacted a few villas in the area. The team from Masia Victoria replied right away and were super easy to deal with and arrange everything from overseas. We could not have picked a better place. All the guests fell in love with the villa and location.
The villa is luxurious, well maintained and renovations added all the modern conveniences one needs. Servais the owner went out of us way to ensure we had everything we needed and the week and events we hosted went smoothly. The villa is spacious with lots of sitting areas for bigger and smaller intimate groups. It did not feel like there were 27 people at the villa.
The only minor issue we encountered is that is was difficult to get taxis to come to the villa sometimes particularly later at night. For the most part guests just walked 10 mins to the taxi stand in town and there were generally taxis there.
We also used their catering company Cloud9 for two big events - afternoon pig roast one day and formal cocktail party and 4 course dinner one evening. Again it was easy to arrange everything and we were completely satisfied with all aspects including the excellent quality of the meals. We would highly recommend them.

I booked this mansion (it really is!) for a company kick-off (24 persons). The house has everything we could possibly need and a little more, and I can imagine the house being great even in the winter with it's beautiful livingrooms (many of them!), fireplaces, and cosy corners. We, anyhow, stayed outside most of the time, the south patio was a great place to hang out, sunbath, have a barbeque and just enjoy this 'oasis'.The house has a lot of character and each room has it's own charm. The surroundings are worth exploring as well; Sant Pere de Ribes is a beautiful and lively little town, and a walk along the the wineyards (just above Masia Victoria) is highly recommended. I really don't have anything negative to say, we had a fantastic experience here and the staff was very helpful and serviceminded.
