About this villa rental
Today Masia Notari is a beautiful rural property where bygone elements are combined with modern day comfort. Each room is unique and decorated with exquisite care and taste.
Currently it is let to families, groups, companies and organisations who wish to enjoy their stay in a place of singular beauty, where they are able to celebrate meetings, functions, retreats and holidays. The property is not available for weddings or parties.
The location of Masia Notari is a great advantage for our guests. Situated between the beautiful beaches and the charming towns of Vilanova and Sitges (5 minutes to the centre of Vilanova and 10 minutes to Sitges by car), and just 30 minutes from Barcelona and Tarragona. Vilanova is a beautiful city right by the beach with lots of shopping and numerous bars and restaurants. The Masia is surrounded by vineyards and bodegas and by foot you can get right into the Garraf Natural Park with numerous walking, hiking and biking trails.
This is the perfect place for both company off-site retreats and family reunions.
For companies we are perfectly placed just half an hour from El Prat international airport and the Barcelona Trade Fair sites. We can provide transportation, catering onsite, local information and activities as well as any equipment necessary for your company retreat (prices on request). Our internet/wifi capacity is sufficient for large groups.
For families all you need to decide is whether you want to spend a relaxing day in the villa (swimming in the pool, having a BBQ, reading a quiet, shady spot), going to the beautiful local beaches where you will find various water sports on offer, going sightseeing in Barcelona or Tarragona, visiting a local winery, and most of all spending time together. We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible. We are not just renting a property - our objective is to provide our guests with a unique experience!
The list we have prepared for you of things to do is long - don't hesitate to contact us and we will help you to achieve your perfect stay!
The majority of rooms have en-suite facilities. There is a huge kitchen and dining capacity for large groups inside and outside, chill out space, games area with table tennis and table football, meeting area with large screen, incredible outside spaces, covered porches and a 16m long saltwater swimming pool. There is also plenty of free parking in the road outside the house.
Masia Notari can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights rising to 7 nights in the high season. The nightly rate shown is for 14 double rooms and the number of rooms desired( up to 25), can only be increased by adding 2 people for every extra room. if you wish to rent for more than 20 rooms ( 40 people) please get in contact with the owner. if you wish to make a reservation for more than 40 guests, there will be an additional charge per extra person/day. The platform does only allow to specify number of people, rather than the number of rooms

Masia Notari was an ideal venue for our group of 45 friends (about half young adults, 17-25). Having rented a previous place with more shared baths, it was great to have mostly private baths, and beds were very comfortable. A/C in many of the rooms was very welcomed, given the unseasonably hot weather during our stay (upper floor rooms in the Tower were quite hot, despite fans). The pool, poolside dining area, and large lawns lent themselves to mingling, games, yoga, and even some remote work (Wi-Fi was excellent). We took advantage of the on-site sports equipment, used the various common rooms for meditation, movies, dancing, and a celebratory dinner, and made good use of the laundry room. The self-catering kitchen was huge and well-stocked with dishes and fridges, although we availed ourselves of Heike’s recommended local catering options for daily breakfast and two delicious dinners on-site. Despite initial concerns about the industrial zone, we found the Masia quiet and relaxing, as well as a convenient jumping-off site for winery trips (one in walking distance), e-biking, and visits to nearby beach towns of Vilanova and Sitges (a must see!). New bike lane infrastructure may make it easier to get to markets and other commercial areas nearby, but there’s plenty of parking in the meantime. Heike’s gracious support and recommendations before and during our stay were incredibly useful. Gracias!

We stayed at the Masia Notari for a weekend in May ‘24 and absolutely loved it. 24 people got together for a family & friends short break. We catered for ourselves mainly using a handy app for a local supermarket. We used a recommended caterer who cooked us paella on Sunday night also 5*
The rooms & bathrooms were spacious and clean and the villa, pool & gardens were well kept and clean throughout. The property manager Heike was fantastic from the moment of enquiry to the moment we left - great communication, very friendly and always available to answer questions. We used the recommended taxi company provided by Heike for all of our airport transfers and trips into town also 5*
Thoroughly recommend. And wish we were still there!

Our family stayed here on holiday and had a wonderful time! Heike is incredibly accommodating and the property is chalk full of history and interesting architecture. So many spots with amazing light and unique touches. Love that everyone has their own space and almost everyone has their own bathroom. We had a really lovely stay! Highly recommend!

We went to Masia Notari to celebrate our companys 30th Anniversary. We where 16 people staying for three nights. I must say our visit far exceeded our expectations! What a fantastic place to be, when you want to socialize and be together. A wonderful place, with a lot of space and with history as well as modern comfort! Everything went on exactly as planned and we felt really luxurious! Much thanks to Mar, the most perfect manager! She was very quick in answering our questions while planning, very clear and accurate and willing to fulfill all our desires! Nothing seems impossible for her! The catering service, housekeeping and maintanance service, transfers, bike rental, dj - everything worked very smoothly! We also had some requests regarding decorations previous to our arrival, and that too was perfectly handled!She was also very helpful when it came to recommend and book a restaurant for one of the nights - it was very nice (I forgot to tell you that, Mar!). So I can highly recommend Villa Masia Notari and I hope I have the chance to come back some day!
