We had the most fabulous weekend in this house. (lucky with the weather too!) Karla always answered our questions. We came with 4 families for a 70th birthday celebration - the accommodation was really comfortable. the location was great, not a far walk from the beach. I'd definitely come back again!

Een fantastische locatie voor een grotere groep.

Een fruitmand op de tafel bij aankomst in een netjes gepoetste, moderne toch zeer gezellige ingerichte en ... ruime villa. Twee overnachtingen met 12 volwassenen en op geen enkel moment het gevoel gehad op een kluitje te zitten. Met 18 gelijk aan tafel zonder op mekaars schoot te moeten zitten. Veel slaapkamers, uiterst verzocht en overvloedig sanitair. Praktische keuken voorzien op het koken voor een hele bende. Eenvoudige maar functionele tuin op het zuiden gericht. Prachtig natuurgebied achter de hoek, het strand en het dorp op wandelafstand. Deze villa biedt alles wat nodig is om gezellig een paar dagen samen door te brengen met een grotere groep.

Zeer fijne woning. Wij waren er met alle kinderen en kleinkinderen voor een weekend dat al vaak uitgesteld was door Corona. Zeer fijne gastvrouw die we konden bellen als er iets te kort was. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ieder gezin had zijn kamer en badkamer. Top.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 5 Familien, 3 Generationen, 16 Personen im Haus und es ist ausreichend Platz. Die jüngere Generation hat das Wohnzimmer beschlagnahmt ("Zocker-Ecke") mit dem sensationellen Billiardtisch. In der (Wohn-) Küche sind genügend Stühle, Teller, Gläser usw. vorhanden. Lediglich die Messer müssten mal geschärft werden. Der Holzkohlegrill war bei dem schönen Wetter eine willkommene Abwechslung, da wir Selbstverpflegung gemacht haben. Supermarkt (Carrefour Express direkt um die Ecke, Bäcker ca. 800m). Der Müll wird in Rest- und Plastikmüll getrennt. Bitte hier nur die Koksijde-Mülltüten verwenden, da die anderen nicht von der Müllabfuhr mitgenommen werden und wir diesen selbst entsorgen mussten. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, meist mit 1,60m Betten und nur einer Bettdecke/Paar (2x2m). Das sollte bedacht werden (wir haben eigene Bettdecken usw mitgebracht). Es gibt 4 Bäder. Hier rochen leider die Abflüsse und es sollte Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, nur die Straße hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster ein wenig. Parkplätze für 4-5 Autos auf der Einfahrt und Straße möglich. Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig in 15min machbar. Die Fahrradwege sind sehr gut und auch an der Küste sehr schön ausgebaut und zu empfehlen. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen und wir können das Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Wij organiseren jaarlijks een familieweekend met onze ouders (schoon)broers en (schoon)zussen, 6 koppels. Enkel in 2020 is ons uitje om de gekende reden niet kunnen doorgaan. Van alle vakantiehuizen die we intussen "gebruikt" hebben mag ik wel zeggen dat dit het meest ideaal was, alles perfect in orde en net, voldoende (bad)kamers, we hebben geen enkel negatief punt genoteerd. Zeker een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen schönen Meer-Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Hier war alles vorhanden um nett zu kochen. Endlich Tische die groß genug sind und auch rustikal. Ausreichend genug Betten und auch Badezimmer. Achten sollte man auf die Größe der Betten und der Bettwäsche, wenn man eigene mitbringt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war sehr nett, habe sie leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt.

Wir haben die Pfingsttage hier mit 7 Erwachsenen verbracht. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Karla die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Anliegen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Küche und der Essbereich ist sehr geräumig und bietet auch für 20 Personen Platz. Ein Zimmer hat ein integriertes Bad die anderen Bäder sind jeweils auf dem Flur. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder !

Maison très spacieuse et agréable pour séjourner en famille. Magnifique cuisine bien équipée avec un espace de vie très lumineux. Le coin salon est très appréciable par la présence du billard. La mer est à moins d'1km ainsi qu'une excellente boulangerie! Le trampolin fut bien apprécié par les plus petits! Nous avons également apprécié l'attention du propriétaire pour leur verre d'arrivée!! Je recommande vivement!
