Les clos de Germaine - Kréyol Villa is a Creole house renowned for its charm, refined decor and ideal location on the outskirts of Petit-Canal.
Ideally located in a pleasant and peaceful 1000 m2 fenced property in Petit-Canal, you're only 15 minutes from the island's most beautiful beach: La plage du Souffleur in Port-Louis (white sand beach, turquoise ocean, watersports center and beach bars), and 30 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport.
The Nord Grande-Terre region offers many possibilities for sightseeing, hiking, water sports and culinary tours.
The house offers 100 m2 of single-level living space and outdoor areas planted with fruit trees (papaya, coconut, mango, banana), perfect for relaxing after a day's activities (deckchairs and barbecue available).
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with shutters to guarantee a good night's rest.
Shower room and WC are separate.
The 60 m2 living room, with its high ceilings, is a pleasant, airy living space.
The kitchen offers all the comforts you'll need to concoct your favorite dishes (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, kitchen utensils, crockery, pod coffee machine...).

Anique étant en métropole, nous avons rencontré sa soeur et son cousin. Tous deux sont forts aimables et disponibles. Anique était facilement rejoignable au besoin. À notre arrivée, il y avait une corbeille de fruits frais.
La villa est située dans un environnement calme. Notre bambin était très heureux de faire la rencontre de chèvres, poules et coqs, chiens et chats appartenant aux voisins.
Anique a gentiment fourni un park and play pour lui.
La villa est propre et bien entretenue. Les matelas sont récents et comfortables.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette villa.
