About this house rental
Ancient country house in the quiet green country of Tuscany; owned by the family since 1973 and continuously restored and taken care of by the owners, who love and keep it as a real "Paradise"; 6mx12m swimmingpool with outer shower and equipped gazebo/veranda; owner living in the half of the building, but only present if and when required; he will be glad to cook a typical BBQ for you, with local products, on request; some noise due to the nearby Highway Florence-Pisa-Livorno and the railway Pisa-Florence, depending on the direction of the wind. The proximity to railway and highway help to easily reach the wonderful towns of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Livorno, and the nearby sandy beach of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta).

Accueil chaleureux. Bien situé à 1H de toutes les grandes villes. Grande piscine. Grand logement : idéal pour 2 familles. Bémol: Chiens à proximité de la propriété d'où aboiements toutes les nuits (période de chasse selon propriétaire).
