About this apartment rental
It is an apartment on the ground floor, spacious, very comfortable and cozy, with classic decoration, and great luminosity in all rooms, with Internet signal both by cable and by WIFI.
The main room has its own bathroom with shower and bath, while the secondary room has a bathroom with shower.
It has 2 double beds (135 cms each). Each room has its own wardrobe, hangers, two bedside tables with lamp, a chair along with a large dresser.
In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, table, iron with table etc.
Guests can access the large garden (community area), where they have a large terrace, outdoor table with chairs, barbecue and pool with saline chlorination where the use and enjoyment of the pool as well as the barbecue, will always be low Tenant supervision and total responsibility.
In case of negligence or misuse of the facilities, access to them will be denied.
They also have a parking space inside the property, as well as next to the house, there is a closed street where you can park more cars.
The house is barely 5 minutes from the center of Pontevedra, and has a shopping center 100 meters away, in addition to two supermarkets nearby. It is a very safe and quiet area.
The location of the house is 2 minutes from the access to national roads and highways, which overlook the main beaches of the Rías Baixas (Sanxenxo, Marín, O Grove) or other cities with cultural or gastronomic interests (Santiago, A Coruña , Vigo, etc.)
I live on the top floor, so I will be happy to help you if necessary, or there is a problem with the home.
The house is delivered completely clean and collected, so I ask that you leave it with a minimum of cleanliness and order.
I want you to feel at home, but remember that after you another guest will come.

First time in Pontevedra and we stayed with son & girlfriend for the triathlon race. The property was so much better than we could have hoped for. The kitchen was very well-equiped including a proper coffee machine The bedrooms and separate en-suites were similarly well-furnished. The garden and pool were the absolute highlight with so much space (and tree shade if needed) and all well-loved, and lovely to relax on the sunbeds or in the pool. Mayte (and her son Manuel) were fabulous hosts and obliging including a very late arrival after a rental problem. Pontevedra overall has lots to offer and including amazing food and beaches and love to return.

Good value excellent flat in very busy town. Wonderful swimming pool and rear garden to relax in. We unfortunately had some rain when we visited, but the town itself was interesting and Santiago was convenient by train. Many thanks.
