The apartment is newly renovated, with new furniture on the terrace and interior 100 meters from the sandy beach. Its decoration creates a cozy atmosphere and offers all the amenities. It is located in a complex with swimming pool surrounded by large garden with many trees and paddle tennis. The apartment has a large terrace (28 Mts.) Which overlooks the gardens and pool, with furniture (sofa, chair and table and chairs). It has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and garage available.
It can accommodate 4 people and is located on the second floor with elevator, with beautiful views of garden and swimming pools.

the beautiful apartment fully corresponds to the description. We felt absolutely comfortable for the 4 months and would come back at any time. Yolanda and Augustin are very friendly, helpful and always available. We will come back, see you.

The apartment was exactly as was shown in the pictures. The owner himself was there to meet us and give us a tour of the grounds. It was very cozy, lovely terrace (although no sun because it is situated on the north side). Everything was there in the kitchen, cooking and even cleaning supplies. Perfect was the HDMI cable provided for us so we could look at our own television programs and Netflix. It was well organized, clean, comfy beds and free use of beach chairs.
Perfect place for those hot spring and summer days.
The supermarket is at 500m, beniconnect transfer right in front of the building and a pizzeria with decent food which stays open during winter all day long.

La estancia en general ha sido perfecta. El apartamento está cuidado a todo detalle y se ajusta totalmente a lo que se ve en fotos. La terraza ... fabulosa, la cocina totalmente equipada (no hemos echado nada en falta) y las habitaciones también muy bien.
El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa (3-4 minutos andando), que está muy bien y a 8 min. en coche del centro de Denia.
Tenemos que dar las gracias a Agustín y Yolanda por su recibimiento y atención y por mantener el apartamento como lo tienen. Así da gusto ...
