It consists of 115 m2 in a historic building from 1920 and consists of a large entrance hall and corridor, a bathroom, living room with sea view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 comfortable beds (plus a cot), complete a small terrace. overlooking the sea and the palm tree promenade. Strategic position: beach and cycle path in front. Public transport, parking, restaurants and bars, under the house.
