The house occupies the first floor of a delightful semi-detached villa; a large access gate and fenced exteriors guarantee guests privacy. Ample space for parking inside the property.
Large rectangular swimming pool (Mt. 9,50 x 5,00 / depth 1,30 - 1,60) sand-coloured, furnished with sunbeds and a large gazebo with sofas, to be shared with the guests of the other portion of the villa situated on the ground floor.
Outdoor shower with hot water.
The villa is furnished with impeccable taste and is characterised by the reuse of carefully restored period furniture.
The first floor, independent from the ground floor, accommodates up to 6 people. It consists of a large entrance hall with fireplace and a spacious and bright kitchen equipped with all comforts including dishwasher and microwave overlooking the surrounding green landscape; terrace equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and sofas to enjoy life in the open air. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower complete the flat.
Pets are allowed on request with extra charge.
