Holiday home with swimming pool located in the town of Itri and just a few kilometers from the famous seaside resorts of Sperlonga and Gaeta. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and consists of lounge with fireplace and sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower cabin (one with washing machine), two spacious bedrooms for a total of 4 beds.
La Mannara home holiday offers, in the same property, two houses (Magnolia and Zagara), on one level, each of about 100 mt. Each of the two houses can accommodate up to 6 people, and consists of lounge with fireplace and sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower cabin (one with washing machine), two spacious bedrooms for a total of 4 beds. There is a living room with fireplace covered in white marble; the room is furnished in a simple and straightforward and is equipped with a sofa (which converts into a bed for 2 people), television and table and six chairs. The lounge is accessible both from the front door and rooftop terrace that overlooks through a door / window. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, spacious and bright and accessible directly from the same terrace, equipped with all appliances and accompanied by what is useful if you want to devote to the preparation of your favorite dishes. The large terrace with table and chairs will allow seasonal eating to 'open enjoying the beautiful and picturesque view of the sea in complete autonomy and privacy. If you want you can make use of herbs (rosemary, sage and thyme) to enrich your dishes and flavor the dishes on the barbecue, which you will find at your disposal. Behind the living room there are two bedrooms with double bed, large closet, dresser and mirror. The location of the rooms has been designed to ensure that you can relax at any time of the day without being disturbed by the activities of the other guests. Adjacent to each room there is the bathroom with all the services and shower. The two units are adjacent while being usable in a completely independent, each with 3 terraces dedicated about 150 square meters. They are all paved in brick natural, surrounded by flowering plants and green composites, bounded by stone walls. Magnolia is characterized by a large very private opposite the main entrance. From Zagara you will have the attractive "Terrace of Carrube" for pleasant moments of relaxation and intimacy. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire qui fournit bcp d informations sur la région. Veronica a toujours répondu à nos demandes dans les plus brefs délais, elle nous a même trouvé un pédiatre pour notre puce malade.
La maison de plein pied était plus spacieuse que je ne l avais imaginé . L espace piscine est super aussi peut être un peu juste pour deux familles. Nous avons eu la chance de partager la semaine avec des personnes qui n ont pas utilisé la piscine.
L accès à la maison est une rue étroite et sinueuse ... c est mon mari qui conduisait je n aurais pas osé.
Le petit point négatif : le wifi très lent et le réseau peu accessible .
Nous avons passé une belle semaine à la marinara.

This villa is spacious and well furnished, but there were not enough comfortable chairs for our liking. We thought it unnecessary to have two large dining tables (one in each reception room) and only one soft chair - a two-seater settee which converts to double bed. We ended up sitting around the kitchen table most nights.
The best bit? The pool - it is excellent - with toilet thoughtfully provided nearby.
The villa is best suited to those who do not mind driving up single-track, mountain roads - often with steep or vertical drops on one side.
For us, the location spoiled the holiday in as much as we dare not go out in the evenings (which is a great shame because, for me, getting dressed up and going out for dinner is always the highlight of any holiday!).
The owner, however, was charming and always happy to help. Her English is not too good, but it’s much better than my Italian! I feel bad leaving this review, but I think it important to know these things before you book.
