Remodeled and newly furnished private Pool House on quiet residential street, located within short drive to Siesta Key beaches, shopping and downtown. Pool is heated and caged with large sun deck and covered and screened patio for dining. Home features large 3 bdrms, each with its own bath, split floor plan, spacious living room and 2 car garage. Washer and dryer is located inside the house.
6 people maximum, no smoking, no pets.
