Located in the heart of the sought-after Gulf Gate neighborhood, this spacious retreat offers a nostalgic 'throwback' vibe with all the room you need to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the Florida sun—just 10 minutes from the world-famous sands of Siesta Key.

This was a really wonderful house for our family vacation and work trip. Everything was very clean, including the pool. The rooms were very spacious, and we just really loved the layout of this house with the master suite on one end of the house, and the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. 2 large living room areas were great, but the outdoor living room area was a wonderful bonus when any of us needed a break from the sun. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with every utensil and tool we needed. A great, quiet and well-maintained neighborhood surrounded us. The host was very responsive when we mentioned a toilet that was starting to leak. And this neighborhood sits right in the middle of all our favorite things on and around Siesta Key. A really great place to bring the family and stay awhile!

The location of this property is excellent! Close to town but still in a quiet location. Pros: Very clean! The kitchen was stocked well, the beds very comfortable and the outdoor area very private. The backyard opens up to an open area with trees. The birds sounded amazing!Cons: The smell in the home is of an older home. We did get used to it, but it is noticeable. No kettle in the kitchen. (We did leave a note about this). The pool wasn’t heated or clean when we arrived. The property manager addressed the issue, but we lost time in the pool. We enjoyed our time overall at this property and were very happy with the cleanliness of the home.

Hello!
We had a wonderful visit. Our children were here from California and Kentucky. The house was fresh, clean and comfortable!
We enjoyed the kitchen, slept well in the beds and really felt at home.
It’s a quick jump to the beach.. and dining places, so we did that too.
We would stay at Brady B again for sure,

We spent a month in this house and can share some of the positives and not so positives.Pros: location is fine, very quiet neighborhood overall, house overlooks a ‘preserve’ in the backyard which was a nice view. Master bed is comfy (didn’t use the other bedrooms.) Property managers were very responsive, appreciated that it was dog friendly, cushioned chairs by pool were comfy. Con’s: some towels & linens grossly stained and worn, the yard is unkept in the back & sides- old planters & other debris makes it look unkept and junky. A number of roof soffits must have blown off in the hurricane and are laying around- this led to some critters crawling around in the roof which we could hear from time to time. While it was nice to park in the garage, it is a cluttered, unkept mess. Parts of the house were visibly dirty (floors, counters, table, rugs) when we checked in, pool area was also a bit dirty and a big pile of dog poop was by the pool. (Property managers offered to come and clean again which we declined.) Other parts of the house just look a bit uncared for- visible mold in the main shower, rickety sliding doors which don’t properly close or lock, a broken faucet handle in the kitchen, a dishwasher that didn’t dissolve the soap, so it didn’t clean well at times. Scalding water in the shower and kitchen & lukewarm in the other areas. Our stay was ok overall, but we have stayed in other VRBOs that are much better cared for! Feedback was shared w/PMs
