Villa Neraida, Nissaki, an authentic Ionian stone house exclusive to and managed by Prestige Villas of Corfu.
This boutique style stone house is tucked into the peaceful hillside hamlet of Apolisies in the heart of Nissaki on Corfu’s prestigious northeast coast. Surrounded by ancient olive groves and scenic walking paths, the villa offers breathtaking sea and mountain views, while being just a few minutes’ drive from the beach.
Beautifully and thoughtfully recently renovated between, this charming boutique-style cottage is a true gem. Its expansive outdoor terrace, shaded by mature olive trees and a graceful pergola invites relaxation at any hour of the day, and the villa’s private pool creates the perfect spot to unwind in complete privacy.
Ground Floor
The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious, character-filled living room featuring a cosy fireplace and Byzantine-style flooring. From here, you have direct access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen and out to the terrace, garden, and pool area.
Second Floor
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom features elegant oak floors, a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony offering lovely views across the landscape. The adjoining bathroom is sleek and contemporary, complete with a WC and luxurious rain shower.
The neighbouring Second Bedroom offers two single beds that can convert into a double, along with oak floors, ample wardrobe space, and its own modern bathroom with rain shower.
The entire house is fitted with a modern lighting system, allowing you to tailor the ambiance to your personal preference.

The house is situated on a hillside at the top of a fairly winding road, but it’s worth the drive for the quiet and stunning views. The pool is a good size and the outside area is lovely with plenty of areas to relax. The house itself is very clean and tidy with great facilities. The upstairs of the house is particularly beautiful, with amazing bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It has everything our family could need. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here and would happily visit again. Thank you x
