Villa Aliki is a spacious, tastefully renovated villa with 6 bedrooms and a truly magical private swimming pool, ideally located in the tiny hamlet of Bouratika, near the famous Nissaki. This villa offers breathtaking views to the sea, a large swimming pool and unbeatable value for money in a highly sought after area of Corfu. With a few excellent tavernas, a supermarket, a bus stop and a tiny unspoilt beach within walking distance, the guests staying at Villa Aliki can avoid to rely constantly on a car while on holiday. Thanks to the carefully studied layout, the villa has wide common areas when all the guests want to stay together (including a large poolside kitchen with dining area), yet offers the maximum privacy when required and at night. Inside, the villa is modern and welcoming. The decor, bathrooms, lounges and fittings have just been recently renovated. There are 6 bedrooms in total and the villa can sleep up to 12/14 guests. The villa is set over 2 floors, self-contained, and connected from the outside. The upper floor has a welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas, smart TV, kitchenette as well as 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with double bed, has its own en-suite shower room while the further 3 bedrooms (respectively 1 double and 2 twins) share a family shower room. Extensive terraces offer breathtaking views over the sea, the cruise ships passing by, the Albanian mountains and the pool. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a spacious lounge with double sofa-bed and TV and a kitchen corner, a shower room. Finally, the spacious poolside kiosk will be the perfect gathering space: a fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking rings, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue etc) together with plenty of tables and comfortable chairs, will be the ideal setting for poolside dining all summer long. The poolside kiosk also has a bathroom for the comfort of the guests.Outside, the villa has extensive poolside stone paved terraces with gardens, flowers, shrubs. Highlight of the villa is for sure the swimming pool with a particular shape. Attracting long hours of sun, the large pool has a separate section for children and a hydromassage area. It measure the impressive size of 9m x 8m and depth giest from 0.5m to 2m. 12 comfortable sunbeds are provided, together with parasols. Spending long hours refreshing with family or friends in this amazing pool, will be a memorable experience! Parking for 3 cars is also available within the premises.
