About this apartment rental
Renovated apartment with new bed and mattresses, air conditioning in living and in both bedrooms.
In the bathroom there is a new washing machine and in the kitchen a new dishwasher and fridge with freezing compartment.
The living, both bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen have all a window to the outside.
There is gratis fast speed internet.
A car is not necessary but if you have one you can park in the surrounding streets for free.
There is a guarded and paid parking at 3 walking minutes and a free parking place at 8 walking minutes ( between the backside from the supermarket Mercadona and the bus stop).
The Burriana beach is 6 - 7 walking minutes and the CARABEILLO beach is at less than 5 walking minutes.
If you have friends or family on one of our apartments from CASA CHARLOTTE and/or CARABEO 2000 well then is the apartment CORONADO located just between.
The BALCON DE EUROPA is at about 8 walking minutes.
Within the 100 m you will find a dozen restaurants and bars.
There is a wonderful pool with besides in annex a splash pool for the toddlers.
You will enjoy the sunbathing lawn just besides the pool.
In the published prices the 10 % VAT is not included and has to be paid upon arrival.
We have a baby cot and high chair available on request.
It's a NON SMOKER apartment and pets are not allowed.

To say we enjoyed our January 2023 stay at the Coronado apartment would be an understatement. The location of the property was perfect in terms of proximity to the center of the old town, to the beaches, and to a large number of very good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable in every way and had a very well-equipped kitchen for those nights we wanted to stay home and cook.
In addition to the fact that the apartment turned out to be a little treasure, we were overwhelmed by the helpfulness and hospitality of the host, Nuttee Komvorn. It was clear from our interactions via email and messages and at the time of our first meeting that the comfort and wellbeing of her guests was Nuttee's most important concern. (Indeed, in addition to being an excellent host and highly knowledgable source of local and tourist information, Nuttee went truly above and beyond to help us to find and to set up a critical appointment with a podiatrist immediately upon our arrival.) Without a doubt, Nuttee is the best in the business and to stay at one of her properties is to feel like you've found a home away from home.
We're already planning another trip to Nerja and our fingers are crossed that Nuttee will have an opening for our dates!
