About this apartment rental
Carabeo 2000 1.3 is on the first floor from a small building having 4 floors: Ground- first-second- and third floor.
There is a lift.
Just as the apartments CARABEO 2000 2.3, 3.3 and 2.1 the Carabeo 2000 1.3 belongs to the exclusive management from Nuttee Komvorn which also promote and maintain the CASA CHARLOTTE apartments, CORONADO 58 and LA MAQUINILLA.
Of course the CARABEO 2000 1.3 has the same comfort, the same excellent King Size bed,
gratis fast speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and a dishwasher as the other apartments.
The main difference is the 1.3 has in the living also a sleeping couch.
The kitchen is well equipped with several pots and pans, sufficient cups, plates and different kind of glasses.
There is also a blender. In fact, nothing is missing and if something should be missing we will provide it the next working day.
There is free parking in the surrounding streets and a paid and guarded `parking is just next door.
The famous BALCON DE EUROPA is at about 8 walking minutes.
The BURRIANA beach is also at 8 walking minutes but the CARABEO and the CARABEILLO beaches are just about 120 m. away.
Super markets, shops and restaurants are in the surroundings: a car is not needed.
The 10 % VAT tax has to be paid upon arrival and is thus NOT INCLUDED in the published prices.
